The FAQ
Where are you located?
Image Theory Company is located in Fort Mill, South Carolina and provides photography services to the surrounding areas.
How do we get our photos?
Photo collections will be downloadable through Pixieset. Once photo collections are available, an email will be sent to the client. This email contains the passcode to download the high resolution photo collection.
What's your turn around time?
Depending on the time of year, Image Theory Company's turn around time can be between 7-14 days.
How do we book Image Theory & Company?

How and when do I pay?
There is a $50 non-refundable reservation fee is due at the time of scheduling. The reservation fee goes towards your total cost. Prior to receiving/downloading a photo collection all invoices must be paid in full. Invoices will be sent to the client's email address and can be paid online or by check in person.
What if I need to reschedule?
If you need to reschedule a photography session you must notify Image Theory Company a minimum of 48 hours prior to the scheduled session. Your reservation fee will transfer to the new scheduled session. However, a reservation fee can only be transferred once. If a session is rescheduled more than once there will be an additional charge. All reservation fees are non-refundable for cancellations or failure to notify Image Theory Co. in the appropriate amount of time.
